REMOTE SUPPORT
Having an issue and don’t feel like hauling your PC all over town? We can get remotely connected to your machine and fix most issues you may be experiencing.
In order for us to connect to your PC remotely, download AeroAdmin Quick Connect Client using the button we have provided here.
Once you have downloaded and opened AeroAdmin, you will see a left column titled “Allow Remote Control”, and a right column titled “Connect to Remote PC”.
In the left column, you will see an ID number.
Simply provide your technician with that ID number and they will be able to remotely connect to your PC and fix any issues you may be experiencing.
